What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-In Time is 3 PM and Check-out Time is 11 AM
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
If you wish an early check-in or a late check-out please contact us for availability. You may incur $25 per additional hour of stay for late check-out depending upon availability and express previous authorization from our staff.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled with no penalties until 48 hours before check in.
If cancelled after that deadline, the first night will be charged. Once checked in guests are responsible for their entire stay unless a guest gives 24 hours notice and the room is able to be rented at the same rate.
If you made your reservation through an Online Travel Agency (such as Booking or Expedia), the cancellation MUST be done through their website. We cannot process cancellations for reservations done through third parties.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, wifi is free.
Is parking available? Is it free?
We provide free parking for one car per room. Please let us know if you need additional parking and we will provide you with area options.
Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Are you a smoke-free property?
We are a smoke-free property. All guest rooms and outdoor spaces are non-smoking. Should we find evidence of smoking in a room, either in the form of physical residue, or the smell of smoke in a room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. A replacement fee will be charged for any damage to the rooms or items damaged or missing from the rooms. Vaping is NOT allowed. Cannabis is NOT allowed.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Morning coffee and pastries are complimentary.
Do you offer room service?
We do not have a restaurant so unfortunately room service is not available. We will provide you with a list of area restaurants that deliver or use DoorDash.
Do you have an elevator or accessible rooms?
Our motel is on the ground floor on one level. We do not have specifically labeled ADA rooms, although we do have rooms that can be accessed by wheelchair.

What is the best way to book a room?
You may book via our website or by calling motel 508-398-5668, in addition to other online booking sites.
Do you offer group rates or long-term stay discounts?
Please call 508-398-5668 for information.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
The only additional charges at time of payment are applicable MA taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Cash. No Checks accepted.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation online?
We strongly recommend you call us directly to make any changes providing you originally made your reservation via our website or phone, but you may also modify or cancel your reservation online as long as it is at least 48 hours before check in. If you made your reservation through an Online Travel Agency (such as Booking or Expedia), the cancellation MUST be done through their website. We cannot process cancellations for reservations done through third parties.
When is off-season, and do you offer special off-season pricing?
Off-season is considered Pre-Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Please check our website or call us to inquire about special off-season pricing.

Do rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker?
Standard Rooms include a refrigerator with freezer compartment. A microwave is available in the common area. Coffee is available every morning in the coffee area and a coffee machine is available upon request and subject to availability.
Are cribs or rollaway beds available?
Yes. Rollaway beds are at the rate of $20 per bed per night and are subject to approval and availability. Cribs are available free of charge.

What is your pet policy?
While we understand that a pet feels like part of your family, we regret to say that pets are not allowed. Please let us know if you need local boarding options for your pet and we will provide you with a list.
Is there a minimum age requirement to book a room?
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. An ID may be required
Do you require a security deposit?
No, but when you make your reservation we will ask for a credit card to secure your room.
What is your lost & found policy?
Call the front desk at 508-398-5668 if you left something in your room
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
