By signing an agreement upon making a reservation and checking-in you agree to the following hotel policies:
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled with no penalties until 48 hours before check in.
If cancelled after that deadline, the first night will be charged. Once checked in guests are responsible for their entire stay unless a guest gives 24 hours notice and the room is able to be rented at the same rate. Extraordinary cases will be considered.
If you made your reservation through an Online Travel Agency (such as Booking or Expedia), the cancellation MUST be done through their website. We cannot process cancellations for reservations done through third parties.
Taxes
All prices are excluding MA taxes, which will be paid in full at check in.

Payment for the Stay
Payment for the stay will be charged one day before arrival. Should you cancel in accordance with our 48 hour cancellation policy, 100% refund will be issued. We take American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash. No Checks accepted. If payment is made through Zelle, Venmo, Paypal or cash, a credit card is required on file,
Minimum age to check-in
Minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. An ID may be required
Children
Children are welcome. Depending on availability, you may ask for a rollaway bed
for $20 additional charge per day. Two children under the age of 17 are allowed per room in addition to the two adults.
Pets
While we understand that a pet feels like part of your family, we regret to say that pets are not allowed. Please let us know if you need local boarding options for your pet and we will provide you with a list..
Damages or Missing items
Guests agree to pay for any damages occurring during their stay to their accommodation, including damaged or missing items.
Pool
Adhere to all posted rules.
Children younger than 6 years of age are not allowed in the pool area unaccompanied by an adult.
Note there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
If someone is perceived as a danger to themselves or others in and around the pool they will be asked to leave the pool and or the pool area.
Parking
We provide parking for one car per room. Please let us know if you need additional parking and we will provide you with area options.
Non Smoking
This is a non-smoking property. All guest rooms and outdoor spaces are non-smoking. Should we find evidence of smoking in a room, either in the form of physical residue, or the smell of smoke in a room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. A replacement fee will be charged for any damage to the rooms or items damaged or missing from the rooms. Vaping is NOT allowed. Cannabis is NOT allowed.
Right of Admission
The Cape Cod Motor Inn is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for money, jewelry or valuables of any kind, or damages to your automobile.
Arrival and Departure
Check-In Time is 3 PM and Check-out Time is 11 AM. If you wish a late check-out please contact us for availability. You may incur $25 per additional hour of stay depending upon availability and express previous authorization from our staff.
Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy is 4 persons per Standard Room
Maximum Occupancy is 4 persons in the Efficiency Room # 2
Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons in the Bedroom/Living Room Room #5
Maximum Occupancy is 8 persons in the Apartment Room # 1
Rollaway beds at the rate of $20 per bed per night are subject to approval and availability.
No large gatherings or parties are allowed in the rooms.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM. During that time we ask you to refrain from making loud unnecessary noises, keep the volume of your TV, music or conversations to the minimum volume possible.
